I have some users on one of my sites not being able to see anything on the 'Explore' page. It shows there's no projects. If i send them the link to a particular dashboard in the project, they can see it. What could be causing it?

I have checked the permissions and assigned them explicitly on both project and dashboard level since this issue came up but it didn't work. The said users are not in a group either. Why is then the link to the dashboard working?

    Hi, if you are 100% sure the permissions are ok, you may try rebuilding the index:

    tsm maintenance reindex-search
