Fresh install. After numerous hours I was finally able to run tsm initialize --request-timeout 1800 but this initialization stuck at "Running - Waiting for services to reconfigure"

After reboot and restart I was able to bring two services online but then again they can't reach configuration. It's madness.
Hi @Oleg Kalenski, the failure seems to originate from the activationservice. What are the activationservice logs saying ?
Also what kind of server do you have, VM or baremetal, and what are the specs ?
