Note the percentage will not be fixed. There are a number of filters that will eventually be applied so this has to be a dynamic number. What would the calc be to create a donut chart? I previously created a donut chart, but it was with two answer choices (Yes, No) rather than depicting a quick table calc, % of total, for one answer category within a dimension. To get the label to work properly I had to create a calculated field that I called Label that was a fixed LOD. When you add filters (like Color Segment) you have to adjust the LOD definition (attached) OR
You could change Color Segment to a Content filter:
