How to add Constant reference line for each cell?

Hi Everyone,

 

I have a question about reference line. I tried to add a constant reference line for only one Pane. For example, I want to add a constant line(now is 0) for ACC SPB UTRF, however, you can see tableau applied reference line to all panes. Is anyone know how to deal with this? Thanks in advance!

    Find my approach as reference below and stored in attached workbook version 10.5 located in the original thread

    Drag the individuals measures to the Rows-shelf. By doing so you get individual markcards for each measure and format etc individual as well as adding individual reference lines
