Cross worksheet parameter from a filter, or another solution for calculating a difference between RFP numbers

Above is my completely fake data, but the layout is correct for what I am working on.

 

The customer wants to have three columns that show the following:

Awarded Total Costs for Previous SiteTotal Costs for the latest round of bidding

 

Difference Between the Two227,654.32241,922.6914,268.37

 

The previous site is not as easy to decipher as the sample data since there can be hundreds of sites and there are no dates, but I have set a filter on one worksheet currently to give me the awarded ONLY on that worksheet.  What I am hoping I can do is have a parameter or something that picks up what that filter is set to so that it can then plug into a calculated field which will allow me to figure out the difference between the chosen awarded bid and the current bid of the chosen supplier.  How is this best achieved? I suspect it has to be two separate worksheets on a single dashboard, but I can't seem to get a parameter to work with dimensions.
