Requirement - Display only top 5 rows in the Download Data table but when downloaded, show all rows (it has 10 rows of data here).
Problem - Download 'Data' and 'Crosstab' options only has top 5 rows which are visible in the table. It is not downloading all 10 rows. Please find attached sample workbook

I would create a duplicate of that worksheet without the filter for the top 5 records., place it on the dashboard in floating mode with negative coordinates and small size so as to not display it to the user. For the download, user should always select this sheet.
