Is there a way to subscribe to the dashboard on Tableau Server and get Custom views based on filters selected?
I want to filter my data based on States and each subscriber should receive an email on the state Filtered.

Hi Sravani,
The easiest way to do this (outside of using TabCMD or a powershell script) would be to change the filters on the dashboard that you are wanting to subscribe people to. Change the state filter and then go up to your toolbar and select (View: Original). It should have an *asterisk now. You will then get the Custom View popup. Rename the view that you are using and click save. Now when you subscribe a user to this view, it will be sent with the filters.Andrew
