I am getting communication link failure error while refreshing extracts from my Tableau7 desktop.
Is there any timeout setting on my desktop that I need to increase?
Error: Database error 0x80004005: Communication link failure

I am connecting to Netezza database.
I do not see option to choose between ODBC and OLEDB drivers while setting up Netezza connection from Tableau desktop.
Can you let me know if I am missing something?
