Comparing ISO Weeks year on year

Hi

I'm using ISO Week numbers (e.g. 201846) and i need some help with comparing my measure for ISO Weeks of the same week year on year so for example i want to compare my measure (sales) for 201846 vs 201746.

Ideally i'd like to be able to filter on an ISO Week
