Currently I am using 32-bit Windows OS with 32-bit tableau desktop version 8.3
In few days, my system will be upgraded to 64-bit Windows OS and 64-bit tableau desktop will be installed.
Will it be possible to use same license/product key?

Yes. Licensing doesn't care about bitness, race, religion, nor sexual preference
FYI: You can have multiple versions of Desktop installed on your computer. This allows you to test and work with various versions if you need to.
