User have to clear cache/cookies before log in to tableau server .To resolve this issue i increased the authentication age of the token by using TSM command. tsm authentication saml configure.
But still user have to clear cookies/Cache before user log in tableau server.
Error: Invalid username.
I am not sure if this configuration have to be changed at SAML/IDP side as well.
