I am creating a dashboard that contains Google analytics data, Facebook insights data, google adwords and twitter data.
What is the best approach to creating a weekly or monthly dashboard for our clients?

Hi Chris - You need elaborate your requirement.
If you are asking about how to share the dashboards you built to your clients. Below are the approaches you can think of.
1. Publish in Tableau Sever and provide login credentials(through local or active directory) to end users to access it.
2. Ask client(users) to intall tableau reader.
3. Publish in Tableau public if it is not sensitive data. If you need to market publicly, tableau public serves you well.
