Add border around entire dashboard (not just sheets within dashboard)?

I am looking to add a simple black line around my entire dashboard, so that it has specified dimensions when viewed full screen, rather than seeming like a series of floating objects.

I can only see advice to add borders to worksheets within a dashboard, rather than the dashboard itself.
