Hi, I am trying to create reports sourced out of Ticket Management Tool in which I show the new tickets and resolved tickets weekly. The catch here is, the count of resolved ticket shouldn't be limited to the ticket that was registered the same week, the ticket could have been created months back but since it was resolved this week, it should be counted.

As of now, Since i am using submitted date on the x-axis, if i show only past 2 weeks all the other tickets created before are filtered out and hence the number of resolved tickets is affected. In other words, i should be able to count resolved tickets irrespective of when it was created. Any help is appreciated.
