How to remove dimensions that have Zero null values

Hi All,

I have a dimension called "Part Number" and measures called "Revenue", "Quantity" and "Pricing". There are certain Part Numbers that have zero Revenue, zero Quantity and zero Pricing. How can I remove this Part Number from the users view since there is no data and also how can this view be automatically popup when there is a data for those part numbers.
