How to create a chart having both bar and a line

You can try using Dual Axis. Take the measure for your bar and drop it into the rows shelf. Then, do the same thing with the measure for your line. Right-click the second measure's pill and click "Dual Axis". Then, you'll notice multiple tabs in the Marks card. Go to the one for your bar measure and pick bars as the viz type. Pick line for the other one.
