Whenever my MySQL database updated, i want to see the changes on tableau dashboard view without manually refresh the dashboard view page.

Pressing F5 will refresh your browser, but not necessarily the data in the Viz.
Hopefully Russell Christopher can correct me if I am wrong, but Tableau "Caches" the results everytime the Viz is rendered. So when you refresh the page (After the initial query is ran and rendered), you are actually are just refreshing the cached results.
To refresh the data in the Viz (After you run and update/insert/delete) statement in your MySQL table, you need to use the refresh data icon on the top of the Viz
