Maximum number of rows in the text file

Hi,

 

    I am currently using Tableau 8.3 to connect (Live Connect) to the text file that is updated by the Systems Group in our department.  What is the maximum number of lines that can be processed by this version of Tableau?

    Hi Ken, thank you for the reply.  The views need to be updated in a daily basis.  I made an attempt in earlier times to extract the files and then update the view, but for some reason, that always seems to generate "cannot access file" error.  If there is a way of having the file extracted without getting such error, I would be happy to do so.
