In tableau 10.0.0 color legend gets changed automatically

Also sharing with you my error view. And one more observation in the Desktop version as well there is the issue.When I used the Tableau 9.3 Desktop version the icons works good unless i change/edit my data source but, when I use the Tableau  10.1.6 version every time i open the Tableau workbook I have to rest all icons again.

So some serious issue in Tableau.

Can you help me in this if I need to do any tricks to get it sorted.
