For example, I'd like to be able to create a bar chart that...
1) Initial bars are quarterly
2) Last two bars are then YTD prior year sum and YTD current year
So a mix of quarterly and YTD. Is it possible?

The easy solution would be to create two separate charts (one for QoQ and one for YoY) and then add them to a dashboard. That is what I currently. Does this work for you?
