just two quick questions. Using Circles to visualize my data, I can set the size of the circles using any measure that my data contains and this is where my questions popped up: does Tableau represent the differences of the abcolute value of the the underlying data points by the area of the circle or the diameter?
Is there a way to change the way Tableau calculates the circles' sizes?

Hi Mark,
No problem I really understood your question from the first time, it is my mistake because I did not clarify my answer well in the first time, I advice you to open (Edit size) dialog because from it you can manage the relation between the bubble sizes and their values, and from it you can manage how the circle size appear in relative to each other, what I meant it is does not mean that if you have 1000, 2000, 3000 values, then you will have 3 bubble with x, 2x, and 3x diameter respectively ... No you can change this relation and make it relatively as you want, you can also make the 3 bubbles with the same size ... it is variable by how you configure variables in this dialog.
in the below 2 picture you can see how I control the bubble relative size for the same values by modifying the size variables
