I would like to enhance my IT Dashboard. Currently we capture data about HelpDesk tickets and Financial Metrics. What other metrics can I can include to enhance my Dashboard?
Michelle - are you still looking for input? The key, of course, it to know your audience. If this is a C-suite dashboard they are looking for infor on productivity e.g. how many tickets answered? how fast are the tickets closed? how much is this costing us? WRT to Tableau there are some really fun visuals that allow you to slice and dice the data by day of week, a given week.
