I have a Quick Filter with hundreds of options. It is set up as Multiple Values (Dropdown) with the Apply button.
The issue is that I do not want users to be able to select ALL because the viz can't handle that. However, I do want them to be able to select more than one option.
I understand that the ALL option is also used to deselect all so removing the option has some consequences. However, I am exploring options here.

Edit the qyuck filter from the pull-down arrow. Go to "Customize" and uncheck the "Show "All" Value" checkbox.
Once that's gone, the only way I know of to clear selections in the filter is to manually uncheck them.
