How to switch values for two static columns

Hi All,

There is probably a really obvious way to do this and I'm just going brain dead..

I have two columns, Good and Bad, within each are comments from consumers. In my dataset I have 4 different categories (car, house, electronic and outdoors), each has its own good and bad dimension (so 8 dimensions total). What I want to end up with is a sheet with two columns (good and bad), that can have the good+bad values switched from car to house etc by way of a filter / parameter. How can I achieve this?
