Hello - I am looking for a solution to generate scheduled PDF reports from Tableau Dashboard and send through email to all Sales Managers.
Now lets get the requirement into deeper...
There are 10 Sales Managers who are in-charge of the entire country. I have list of Sales Managers and their corresponding State mapping in a separate spreadsheet / database and want to send pdf reports based on their mapping. Let's say John is responsible for Arizona and New Mexico state, then John would only get pdf through email for those two states.
Please suggest any solution directly through Tableau or any other solution done by any Tableau Partner.

You can find many details and some workarounds by searching the Tableau forum for "automate pdf," but I believe (with Tableau Desktop) this remains largely unresolved.

I believe you may be able to do this using Tableau Server and TABCMD, but I don't have the working experience with either to instruct you just how (check out those articles!).
If you're limited to Tableau Desktop, a keystroke logger might work for you, but I strongly discourage their use: they can be unreliable security-wise.
