Date needs to be defaulted to yesterday when connected with Cube data source

I have specific scenario, I am connecting to Cube data source and yesterday's date need to be displayed in parameter, I am not able to do that with Cube restrictions. By default Calendar Date field data type is String in CUBE so when I am filtering I am converting it to Date default data type. After filtering the format for displaying yesterday's date does not have date picker ,

all the other formats that are given does not have a single date picker, if I create parameter on top of the calendar date field it is still created as String and I need to change it to date data type, I am able to get the desired format but same problem arises not able to default to yesterday' date . Please let me know the solution to this problem.
