I am wondering how to adjust the size of the charts on the dashbords,
1. so that every object has the same width.
2. so that every object, especially a map object, is in the same scale.
I always adjust them manually, through visual communication.
If you know any good way to solve these problem, would you kindly to tell me how to do it?

If you go to the Layout tab on the Dashboard, you can see where the heights and positions of all the objects are and adjust them accordingly. You need to click on each object so see their position and size.
