Essbase dashboard

Hi All,

We are trying to create a dashboard using essbase as source.

We are able to connect to the intended cube, we also see the pre-created sets of dimensions and measures on the left window in Tableau, however when we drag any dimension or measure into either the column or row shelf we are getting a blank output.

When we tried the same activity on excel data was getting populated.

Is there a different way of working with Essbase cube ?
