mySQL + Tableau 10.3.3

The help section shows a way that is no longer available in 10.3.3

 

I am trying to connect to mySQL server.

1. How do I connect to mySQL server.  Do I use OData?  Is there a special syntax to use for the server name.

My server has an IP address, also a title, username and password.

 

Help is most appreciated.

    Hi David,

     

    Tableau Desktop Personal Edition with connections to 6 data sources only. The professional edition can connect to more number of different data sources.
