Hello all,
My company has undergone the upgrade to Tableau 9.0 desktop. We have automated, scheduled updates run almost every night for our data sources.
I went into our VM, updated the script to reflect Tableau 9.0 and the right database location. I keep getting "invalid file path" as the error when I try to run the .bat files. The path is correct, and Tableau 9.0 is working properly.
Any idea what the issue could be?

Let's focus on the first part of the problem: Failure to log in.
Is your Tableau Server version 9.0 as well? Because you only mentioned that your Desktop version is 9.0.
Please post the beginning of your batch script, especially the section where the login command is. Paste in your code then highlight it and use the Syntax Highlighting function to make it look readable (you'll need to use the Advanced Editor):
