I seem to have my filters tied up and cannot get them to work the way I need to. I have two dashboards (1. Cx Dash and 2. Cx Reason Drill) and users simply need to make a selection from a chart in 1. which updates the bottom "Cancellation Rate" chart. From there the user can select again to take them through to the 2. Cx Reason dashboard with a finer level of detail.
The problem is that I cannot get this final step working correctly. I think I managed it once but seem ot have lost the steps that took me there but it seems chaining filters together is harder that it seems.

Would showing "Only relevant values" solve your issue?
