I have the same or a similar issue.

The weird thing is that it can get fixed temporarily by deleting some of the used parameters, but after publishing, it will appear again after some hours and make the published workbook unable to load.

In Tableau Server (online) i get this error:

TableauException: Incorrect data type real, getting expected integer type.

In Tableau Desktop i get this:

    Unable to complete action

Incorrect data type real, getting expected integer type.

    Error Code:CA8336D0

But it only appears when i choose specific parameter options - and it might be one value of the parameter that causes the issue one day, and another day, it will be another one of the values.

I can't upload workbook since it contains sensitive data and provoking the error in Superstore would be very difficult and time consuming.

    Sequence:

1: Today, selecting "PreCatering (>50€ per pax)" works fine (other days it might not work)

I have the same or a similar issue.2: But when choosing another of the parameter values, "PreCatering (>10€ per pax)", it causes the error:

2022-03-23_09h26_43Note that the only difference between the two values are 10 and 50, no structural difference

My conclusion: It's a bug because it's inconsistent but consistently reappears on different parameter values.
