Has anyone else experienced an issue with Tableau Online subscription emails, where the snapshot of the dashboard is severely distorted and unreadable. If so, was anyone able to resolve it?@

The cases I've seen were it being distorted in gmail - but working in Outlook or Office 365. Once we'd figured out it was a gmail setting and it worked in Outlook the case closed out - I'm not sure what setting it would have been in gmail. I'm finding a bunch of Gmail support threads saying people are seeing distorted images in their email - but sadly none of them have a resolution listed.
