Hello!  I have a workbook in Tableau Online and want to share the visualization with other members of my team.  The "share" option provides a hyperlink, but when I send the link via email or through our internal Salesforce application it requires people to log into Tableau Online in order to see the viz.  Are there any options to enable people to see the viz without them having to log into Tableau Online?

Thank you in advance,

Alisyn

    Hi Alisyn

There is no option for enabling Guest account on Tableau Online. It is a Tableau Server (with core licensing) option only.

To allow someone to access a viz on Tableau online requires that they have a named user account.

The only 'free' interactive option would be for you to download the dashboard as a packaged workbook, and they can access it using Tableau Reader.

Otherwise, you can download as a PDF or Image file
