I want to host my dashboards in Tableau Online. I do not have Tableau desktop.
But I hired a part time freelancer (who is a student), who has Tableau desktop license. He agreed to create the dashboard for me.
I want to publish that dashboard to Tableau Online. My question is, if he is not in the users list, what is the option for me to host it in Tableau Online?
Note : I do not want to purchase Tableau desktop as of now

I don't think so, but to be sure you should go ask your Tableau account rep or Tableau support.
