Inconsistent Formating between Desktop and Server (v10.02)

Hi,

So we have a series of Tableau Dashboards which look fine on our Desktop using Chrome.

HOWEVER when we load to Tableau server and view on Chrome or IE the formatting goes wrong and Charts, filters and tables go missing.

From what I can gather this is due to selecting the wrong 'view' type, but I can't find a clear answer.

We would like to set the Dashboard to ensure ALL widgets are show, regardless of sizing etc.
