Hi All Could you please help me if I want to keep data for 2020 remain intact in the report but need new data for 2021 to be refresh and added regularly? Thanks Ashwini

I know there is an option in incremental refresh with Identify New Rows using columns.

Please suggest a good workaround.

    Hi

    Keeping data at different levels of aggregation in a single workbook is not best practice - the usual approach is to bring in all the data at the same level and then do the aggregation as needed in Tableau - If you must have the data at different levels you could Blend the data - it comes at a cost - blended data limits the functionality availability in Tableau - LODs would be limited to a single data source and filter across the data sets would only be available at the level of the link between the data sets
