What are the limitations(W.r.t the licenses) on displayed the web reports(Embedding the reports in the web portals)
I have a req where we need to embed the tableau views in the Web Portal.
I have the information on how to achieve this.
Now my question is w.r.t the Tableau server.Just want to understand the limitations we will be having on doing this
1.Currently in our Organisation we have only 25 users( its not core based)
My question is to view the reports on the web portal do all the users need to have tableau permissions?
(This is the information i was given)
Please provide me more information from the tableau server end.

Hi Vinutha!
There are no licensing issues restricting the ability to embed a view from Tableau Server - however, the license comes into consideration when authenticating to the embedded view. If you wanted users to be able to see the view without needing to log in to the Tableau Server, the Guest User account would need to be enabled. However, this account is only available to Core License users of Tableau Server and that does not sound like the licensing model that is currently in use.
