How do you compare one item(person's averages) against the rest of the team removing them from the larger data set.

Side by side comparisons of pie charts, one with the group minus the one person and one with only the one person's numbers. I would like to make this so I can pick a person and automatically and remove them from the rest of the group without having to update both filters each time.
