I have an order level data source with 2 separate date/time columns, one for the time dropped and one for the time shipped:
Qty ____Order Time __Ship Time
12____ 10:01AM ______10:53AM
6 _____11:15AM _______12:25PM
I'm trying to create a summary table to show how many orders were received and how many were shipped each hour. The output should be similar to below:
Hour ___Pieces Ordered ____Pieces Shipped
10_____12_________________ 12
11 _____6__________________ 0
12 _____0__________________ 6

Try that and see if you're able to produce the expected result.
