Dropdowns - Impact the report

I want to build 3 dropdowns in a report that will impact values in a report.

The three dropdowns A,B,C will have 2 options Yes,No

On changing the yes/no filters the report data must be impacted.

How can I develop such dropdowns that compare with data in report.
