Combined field and Sets for Top N & Bottom N

Hi All,

I have a requirement which is to pull the TOP N and Bottom N performing criteria .

But challenging part is to use a combined field for that criteria.

When i combine the field(say two fields), am not getting the option of creating sets.

Please suggest
