I am using the WebMin GUI but I cannot seem to get the Cron job for this to work. It doesn't appear to know the TSM command.
Doing this through WebMin is not essential, I am completely open to other ideas.
Yes, i am very new to this so any help whatsoever would be appreciated. I have tried to research before reaching out in these forums but I cannot seem to find anything that will help.

You can use shell script to do that. Have a look at InfoLab's git for ready to use script.

Note - You might have to look at different options in that script and see how you want to make changes to your env. I would run this in a test server first.
