How to give access to specific Workbooks for specific users in Tableau Server 8.1 using "Tabcmd"?

All,

I have users and workbooks in the Tableau Server, so that how can I give access to specific workbook to specific user (i.e., I don't want to show other remaining workbooks to that user)

How could I achieve the above concept using Tabcmd

Please help me out with a solution
