Is there any way to remove the '_1' from the URL when uploading a workbook to the server? A dashboard was created to replace a previous dashboard with the same name. The intention was to overwrite it and preserve the link, however, now the link to the previous dashboard does not work as Tableau is automatically appending '_1' to the url link. Any help would be great!

I have the same issue... I publish... but the URL that is generated has an _1 at the end, so our RESTAPI access pattern will not find it. what makes this happen? (I do not find any workbook w a duplicate name). What's the easiest way to fix it?
