How to map user locations within a radius of my stations

Good Evening,

 

I'm hoping someone can help.

 

I have about 30 stations which are within a city, and I have users who sign up who live in a city, and I would like to map them to their nearest station.

 

So I have the Station Locations and then the User Locations.

 

If the User Location is within a 20 mile radius of the Station Location then I would like to map the user to that location.

 

How would I do this?
