Step 1: Visit Roman's Viz on Tableau Public and download the workbook.
Step 2: Use Tableau Prep Builder and Tableau Desktop to find insights. The main "Problem of Practice" is to find the root causes of product loss. There are several easter eggs hidden in the data. (11 to be exact)
Step 3: Post your viz on Tableau Public with our community hashtag ⌗TableauStockroom tableaustockroom
Step 4: Reply to this post with your Tableau Public link and list out the insights!
Step 5: We will recognize your efforts. Whoever finds the most insights will have glory bestowed upon them. All glory to the viz champion(s).

I had the same issue and first had to unpack the packaged workbook (.twbx) file.
I followed the steps outlined here to unpack it:
After that I was able to open the .hyper file from the data sources folder in Tableau Prep.
