How to get all-caps changed to standard case in Tableau

Folks,

I have some new sql scripts that we are converting to on some of our workbooks that are delivering DMA markets in ALL-CAPS instead of standard case like before. This causes a mess with other data source connections that still have the DMA's in standard case. Is there a calculation of some sort that can be written to make a string dimension in ALL-CAPS change to standard case? Standard case that would still capitalize the first letter of each word?
