Hi, I was going through New Features Tableau Team had recently added and Two Features were to close to each other that I am unable to distinguish their Different Use case or Pros/Cons of Individual.
Feature 1: Go To Sheet : This Feature had added in 2018.3 Version under Filter Action. Its simplest work is to Navigate to another Sheet/Dashboard/Story. Simply Click on a sheet and you will be navigated to Someone else.Feature 2: Button Object : This feature is added in 2019.2 Version. It Creates a Button where you can Configure to which Sheet/Dashboard/Story you want to Navigate to.Only Difference is it looks like a Button and Noting else.
Can Anyone please put his/her Highlights If I am understanding it wrongly or making a mistake here

Yes, I agree with you but through button we can also give image to the 'button' that we can't do in 'Go to sheet'.
Previously, we have to make a different sheet for image button and add the particular shape/image in the shape and then attach that sheet on the dashboard so that it will look like a button. For example if we want to put home button to the dashboard so now, we directly drag button from object and import a home image, it will save our time as well as increase the look and feel of the dashboard.
