Hello
I'm a relatively new Tableau user, using desktop version 2019.3, and need some help with filtering. My data source is a txt file containing a list of contact center interactions with agent name, date, start time, end time, phone number, and account number. My use case is identifying interactions that have the same agent ID and phone number; basically, identifying numbers that an agent called multiple times. I set up the filter below, which mostly worked. However, I'm still getting some interactions where the phone number only appears once. Additionally, I'd like to add logic that also looks for the agent ID to match.
I've read through some posts about removing duplicates, but haven't found much on the opposite. I'm hoping there's a good way to accomplish this. I'm struggling a bit with anonymizing the data as it is largely all private, but here are a few screenshots of the fields and how my workbook is set uo.
Thank you for any help or advice!
